Combos w/ Chris Smith
Here is my contribution to the combo run I did with Chris Smith of Deluxe Tattoo in Chicago. Chris is also one of the builders on the Workhorse Irons roster- and builds one hell of a liner. The frames in this limited edition run are all braze-ups (laser cut side plate brazed to the coil and spring shelves). The frames, a-bars and coin-nuts were all copper plated, antiqued and lacquered. The embossed foil pattern on the coils were given the same treatment, as were the copper binders. We each did 20 machines, and created fancy custom boxes for them. Check out the process video below….
Distressed Yellow Pilot
This is an iron Pilot frame which was powder coated, distressed and oxided. Dyed fibre washers to match.
Black & Gray Phantom 5
I recently did a25 piece limited edition run of the Phantom 5′s. These are the brass frames with a transparent green powder coat. Dyed fibre washers and antique brass hardware.
